Electronic Submissions

The Manuscript Appraisal Agency assessors read all submissions in hard copy only.

Some of our clients may wish to send us their manuscripts electronically. We are happy to accept manuscripts sent this way, but they have to then be printed out, which is an additional service and thus attracts a fee (payable when submitting the manuscript for appraisal).

The fee charged for this service is AUD$10.00 for downloading + $0.20 per page.

If you wish to use this service, please calculate the cost and add the amount to your appraisal fee payment: $10.00 + ($0.20 x No. of pages)

You must send your declaration form and payment to us by normal post.

Conditions for electronic submission:

We print in black ink only.

The manuscript must be one file - we will not accept a manuscript that is
made up of more than one file.

The hard copy will be returned to the client (unless agreed otherwise).
The cost of return postage is included in the appraisal fee (unless posted
to destinations outside of Australia).

The fee quoted is in Australian dollars and may be reviewed at any time.
